Returns & Warranty

We only accept returns for all products purchased from the hushamok.com online shop within 90 days from the time of purchase. Returned products must be NEW and UNUSED. You must contact us prior to your return and provide proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the return can be authorized.

Please note:
• Opening a box to verify contents does not disallow a return. Products showing signs of use or missing inner packaging are not considered new, and are thus non-returnable.
• The Okoa Wood Stand cannot be returned after it has been assembled.
• The condition and packaging of a returned product must be as it was when received, complete with all warranty cards, original box(es), original packaging, and manuals/instructions.
• Please use care when opening and trying your product(s) so that you remain entitled to a refund should you chose to return your product(s).
• All return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility.
• The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If you refuse the delivery of a package, you'll be charged for return shipping.

 

Limited Warranty

Hushamok warranty promises that the product shall be free from manufacturing defects.  The warranty is valid when used as instructed in user manuals for a period of 1 year after the original date of purchase.  All warranty claims must be submitted with a proof of purchase.

Hushamok offers a complimentary extra year warranty on all products when a Hushamok Travel Bag is purchased within 30 days of purchasing the Dream or Okoa Stand with Hammock or MySeat.

Any replacement will not give the right for the warranty period to be extended.  Hushamok does not cover under warranty any defects if the Hushamok product has been purchased second hand or from an unauthorized reseller.

You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is not what you ordered, defective (within 30 days of delivery), or damaged due to shipping (within 30 days of delivery).

If you are returning a product, contact us at support@hushamok.com.  Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card typical processing time for returns is 72 hours post item receipt. If a credit is due, processing may take as long as 7 business days for your credit/debit card to reflect the refund).

 

Competitions and Coupon Codes

Hushamok cannot accept returns or offer refunds for Hushamok product of prize-based competitions.  One coupon code per a transaction; discounts cannot be combined. Sales cannot be combined with other offers. Hushamok reserves the right to cancel sales anytime.
